I'm still not clear what his followers considered impressive about his reaction. Being shot at, posing stupid after safety, & whining about it - after most likely head-butting a podium or maybe getting grazed - is hardly a showing. We've had far more wounded people show up to vote against him. Not to mention other historical events like TDR being shot, giving a 2 hour speech, then apologized for cutting things short because he had to go to the hospital. Pose or no, Trump was hardly a showing.
