I don't think colorblind people see grey, they just don't see some colors or see them as a shade of another color

I am colorblind. I can see different colors it's just hard for me to distinguish between some. Brown and green seem the same to me at times.

Monochromatic colorblindness is very rare. 7% of males are colorblind but mostly it's like mine where you have difficulty telling the difference between certain colors.
