I recommend Gatorade G2s before bed after a night of drinking or in the morning if you forget. At least it helped with my hang overs.
I prefer Topo Chicos before and after drinking but the after one is most important by far. Keeps the hangovers away for now.

Topo Chico is mineral water and my assumption is replenishes electrolytes but I'm not sure specifically I just know it works
