It's been cleaned and replaced. I hooked up a blow off tube to prevent unwanted explosions.

I have been considering making mead for quite a while.
I'd recommend it! So much experimenting and I love the feedback from friends when they try some. So far so good with my traditional recipe.

It was in primary for a little over two weeks. I'll probably leave it in secondary for about a year, maybe bottle it after that and (1)
(1) age it some more afterwards. We'll see how well it clears up.
The waiting is the hardest part
