It's going to be 8 months tomorrow being sober. After the reaction from this amazing community yesterday, I decide to shave off my neck beard. My beard was sign of laziness and how much I had lost focus on things. Since giving up the drink life has gotten so much better, not that it wasn't great before but normally I was to drunk at night to realise. My wife has been amazing and extremely supportive to the point of not drinking with me too. Work has become so much easier and I'm producing better work. Something I would never have had the time to do due to drinking is to create my passion project, a cooking show! that's is starting to find it's legs. Thank you all of your support!

Just stopped drink which meant less eating to make myself feel better when hungover. I also go for a half hour walk on my days off

Helped my husband get sober. He had 3 terrible lapses, but we worked through them. 3 years sober was august! Keep it up!!! Life is so good!
