Sweet lawn bro.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why don't I start reposting to get upvotes.... I'm so sad ;-(

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Maybe his mixtape was *that good

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wait a second... America has an AIR NATIONAL GUARD?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Arsonist hate him for this one simple trick. See how he did it here.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You'd think the power lines would have burned up and make the sprinklers useless.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well, there goes the neighbourhood.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My wifes Uncle did the same thing, he was a rancher at the time, so had the huge sprinklers, 1000's of acres around him lost, his place safe

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well that's all well and good but everything is going to wreak of smoke for months

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 9

Reek = smell strongly of something. Wreak = damage cause

THANKYOU

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Off-topic a bit: why does this look like it was designed in The Settlers 1?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's fucking horrifying.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Green Acres . . .

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Probably still has some smoke damage though.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

With good homeowners insurance I'd rather let it burn

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 5

Are you serious? Money over lost heirlooms and memory's? No way!

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Well they do have time to evacuate. Could have taken stuff with. But a fire is a huge hassle so probably not worth the stress.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

They had hours to pack, plus it's just a house to me

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Homeowners will hate him for this one trick!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

you forgot to mention the firefighters

9 years ago | Likes 149 Dislikes 12

We highly recommend doing exactly what he did when you have to evac

"Firemen gettin pussy for the first time in the history of fire or pussy."

You take your Canadian Google and broken links back to the moose council until you get me information other than 404.

Sprinklers

9 years ago | Likes 51 Dislikes 3

Is that what we call them now?

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

He tried but they either weren't gay or were too busy putting out the fire.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Basically the episode of Star Trek I watched the other night.

Well, that's one way to get rid of nosy neighbors

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He didn't have a smart meter

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There was a CDF (stories/what I do post) yesterday, and the person said they go to peoples houses and turn on their sprinklers, b/c of ^

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 3

When we were evacuated for wild fire behind our home (didn't burn down our house thankfully) they had us do the same when they evac'd us

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Link?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

sorry, just saw it while browsing usersub. prob lost in the nether by now

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

He must have a generator with a large gas tank.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wait, water runs on electricity?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

property like that is going to be on a well. which needs a pump, windmills have been phased out for electric for reliability. so yah

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, but wait 'till he sees his water bill for this month!

9 years ago | Likes 480 Dislikes 11

Probably on well water

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

but he still has a home.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Most people in Kansas outside of towns have wells

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

he could have a rainwater tank or be tapping directly from groundwater though. In which case it'll only cost him the electricity to pump it

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Looks like he could have been pumping out of that pond. Also, we install quite a few sprinkler systems that run off wells.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

We have underground sprinklers and we're on a well. no water bill, we'll just be screwed if/when it eventually breaks

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Are wells expensive?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

it came with the house so I don't know for sure. internet says 4-10k depending on region. in northern lower Michigan it's probably cheaper

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Also for how far out in the country he is he might have a well.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

I had the exact same thought. But then my second thought was "probably still cheaper than rebuilding a house."

9 years ago | Likes 431 Dislikes 1

Or a brand new house from your insurance. He now hows has the oldest house is down. Thatsbtje bad side of town now.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 12

Well this didn't deserve all the downvotes. But I will say depending on who his insurance is, it may or may not actually take care of him.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Better water bill than nothing

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I was thinking Kansas=Middle of nowhere=Well Water

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Or pumped from the pond/lake/creek next to the house.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Worth it, I'd say! Neighborhood property value went up in smoke, though.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Americans pay for water?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

As a Norwegian, my thoughts exactly

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Americans pay for just about everything

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

That sucks. Move to Ireland, we don't pay for anything.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Probably less than the deductible. Unless there's tremendous smoke damage.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

If the guy was smart, the house was closed up nice and tight, so shouldn't be smoke damage, wasn't at my wifes uncles place.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Sprinklers probably feed directly from that pond to the left

9 years ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 0

irrigation ftw!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My thought, exactly.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I wonder if insurance would help with the bill, since he saved then the cost of rebuilding the whole place?

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

They would have given him a small discount on his premium when he bought his policy for having a fire suppression system.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yes cause insurance are good people with half a brain... No they wont

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

Oh no, in fact they’ve got many excellent brains. It’s just that those brains are working not for you, but to make money for the company.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Read between the lines next time.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

I think you'll find if there is any group of people who wishes you do well in life and avoid trouble, it's people who sell insurance.
