Imagine creating 20 duplicates of yourself, sending them to 20 universities to study different subjects, and then merging with them to absorb all this knowledge. Generally speaking this discussion involves sci-fi-type cloning, where it can be done rapidly and easily, as well as somehow also preprogramming the brain with a mind that's mostly or perfectly resembling the original's.
It's not talking about current-tech cloning that can produce a genetic copy but everything else still works just as if it were produced in a more conventional manner.

You can accelerate their growth. You can have one ready in a couple of weeks, but if you do it that quickly, then they get disconnected from the force and go a little loopy, so you'd want to take a couple of years ideally. Either way you're going to need some kind of infodump or mind transfer tech, or you'll have a full grown adult body with the mind of a baby. Moral and ethical questions aside, it won't be able to walk or use the toilet, so that's going to get messy

No one is really sure about that one. There are pet cloning services these days that can give rich people with questionable mental health a clone of their dead dog as a puppy. Cloned dogs don't seem to have the same accelerated aging that was seen with Dolly.
